Jakarta, (12/10) – As part of the Sustainable Toll Road Assessment, the Assessment Team from the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) visited all Travoy Rest Areas managed by PT Jasamarga Related Business. Rest area as a supporter of toll road infrastructure, assessed by indicators of completeness of Minimum Service Standards (SPM).

General Manager of Operational Planning and Control of PT JMRB Meta Herlina Puspitaningtyas said the rest area facilities assessed included cleanliness in toilets, worship facilities, food court areas and/or SME tenants, as well as other facilities such as parking areas, disabled facilities, and so on.

“The purpose of this assessment is to improve services for rest area visitors and ensure that all SPM indicators can be met. So, visitors can rest comfortably in all Travoy Rest Areas managed by PT JMRB,” said Meta.

Furthermore, Meta explained that this assessment also emphasized aspects of implementing health protocols in rest areas. In addition, the concept of “green rest area” is also one of the indicators of assessment, such as waste management, waste management, and the availability of green open spaces.

“All Rest Area Travoy managed by PT JMRB carry the concept of ‘green rest area’ which is in line with Jasa Marga Group which initiated the concept of ‘green toll road’. That way, I hope that all rest areas belonging to PT JMRB get good marks from BPJT,” he added.
