Jakarta, (22/2) – In a series of the 44th Anniversary of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk., PT Jasamarga Related Business (JMRB) held a competition for PT JMRB operational personnel in 2022. This event also aims to give appreciation to employees of PT JMRB.
The selection of the Best Operational Personnel (POT) of PT JMRB in 2022 has gone through a rigorous and objective selection and assessment, applying the principles of transparency, accountability, independence, and fairness.
Director of Finance, Human Resources & General Affairs of PT JMRB Hendra Gunawan explained, the assessments in determining the best operational personnel include indicators of insight (general knowledge about the company and field of work), field of task skills, skills in handling customers, communication skills, analytical skills, and innovation. .
“With these assessment indicators, I believe that my operational friends have done and given their best contribution to PT JMRB. Apart from operational personnel, I hope that this award can spur and inspire other employees to give their best performance,” explained Hendra.
The Best Operational Personnel of PT JMRB in 2022 went to Desy Ratnaningtyas Novitasari from Region I Jabodetabek. Meanwhile, the second and third best Operational Personnel titles were awarded to Doddy Wibowo from Region II West Java and Resy Alifiyanti Suprapto from Region V East Java.
After being crowned the champion, Desy hopes that this award can be a trigger for him to continue to give the best contribution to PT JMRB. He also hopes that his victory can inspire all PT JMRB employees to continue to work and work professionally.
“I am very grateful to PT JMRB for trusting me as the best operational personnel in 2022. Hopefully this will be a trigger for me and all of JMRB’s friends to continue to provide the best for the company,” said Desy.
The 2022 Best Operational Personnel Award is the second time that PT JMRB has held it. This event will be an annual event held by PT JMRB to give appreciation to operational personnel and all employees of PT JMRB in general.
