PT Jasamarga Properti was established on January 15, 2013, as a subsidiary of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. engaged in the property sector. In order to support the business development of the Jasa Marga Group, on May 28, 2019 PT Jasamarga Properti transformed into PT Jasamarga Related Business (JMRB) and began to develop business around the corridors of the Jasa Marga Group’s toll roads. The business lines of PT Jasamarga Related Business include the development of areas around toll roads or Toll Corridor Development (TCD), development and management of rest areas with the “Travoy” brand, utilization of toll road corridors for advertising and utilities both conventionally and digitally, as well as digital business.
